Tools for Resilience
In January 2025, a member suggested a theme for several adult ed sessions on “Tools for Resilience,” figuring that with the turmoil and frustration of current events we could use some ways to remain healthy and not overwhelmed. Those popular sessions helped engage people from within and outside the congregation in some regular opportunities. You are always welcome to attend!

Meditation Group
Enhance your week with balance and peace of mind. We welcome all who’d like to join us in the Covenant Room at 4:00pm each Wednesday. We begin by listening to a brief “dharma talk” that explores different aspects of a meditation practice, then sit in mindfulness for about 20 minutes. Afterwards we may talk about our experiences (or not). Wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow(s) or blanket. Namaste! Contact: Lois
Qi Jong & Tai Chi
Moving Meditation- Qi Gong and Tai Ji. Tuesday evenings 7-8 pm in Covenant room ( or outside weather permitting!). Come join a group of us for time together for releasing some stress, centering, movement, laughter and peace. No previous experience needed in Tai Ji, Qi Gong, or meditation. QI Gong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine for longevity and health. Contact: Sara
